One of the main exhibition venues of Sinopale 9 is the Historical Prison House. The exhibition openning will take place here on October 11.​

D) Sabahattin Ali Cultural Center (the Old Ice Factory)
Gatherings, workshops and meetings will be hosted in the venue as a part of Sinopale 9. Sinopale Forum will occur in the Sabahattin Ali Cultural Center (the Old Ice Factory) on October 12.
